一次性包皮环切器临床应用200例分析

Clinical application on disposable circumcision devices(Shang Ring) of 200 patients

目的探讨一次性包皮环切器切除包皮手术的临床效果。方法对近两年在本科室使用一次性包皮环切器治疗包皮过长及包茎患者,观察临床疗效。结果手术时间短,操作简单,术中无出血,术后日常生活影响较小,愈合外形美观。结论使用一次性包皮环切器是治疗包皮过长和包茎的理想手术方法,值得推广和普及。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect on disposable circumcision devices in the circumcision.Methods The patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis were treated by disposable circumcision devices in our department in the two years ago,the clinical effects of patients were observed.Results Circumcision had a short time,and easy to operate,there was no blood during the operation with litter effect after operation in the daily life;patients had a beautiful shape in healing.Conclusion Disposable circumcision devices in the treatment of redundant prepuce and phimosis is an ideal surgical method which is worth to popularize in the clinic.
