138例支气管哮喘临床诊治分析

The clinical diagnosis analysis of 138 cases of bronchial asthma

目的对比不同药物治疗支气管哮喘的疗效,总结支气管哮喘诊治经验。方法选取138例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,根据入院顺序随机均分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组给予沙美特罗/氟替卡松复方制剂(舒利迭)雾化吸入,对照组给予布地奈德粉雾化剂,治疗4周后,观察吸入前后肺功能以及治疗有效率等指标差异。结果观察组患者肺功能治疗前后较对照组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者显效率为68.1%,总有效率为100.0%,明显高于对照组(49.2%,91.3%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用沙美特罗/氟替卡松复方制剂(舒利迭)雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘,安全有效,值得临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To compare the efficacy of different drug treatment for bronchial asthma,and summarized the experience of bronchus asthma diagnosis and treatment.Methods One hundred and thirty-eight cases of patients with bronchial asthma were collected as the research object,according to the order,all patients were randomly divided into the trial group and control group.The observation group patients were given salmeterol/receive continued fluticasone compound preparations（Seretide Evohaler） atomization inhalation,and the control group patients were given budesonide powder spray agent.Then observed the pulmonary function and treatment efficient index at four weeks after treatment.Results The lung function before and after treatment of the observation group patients were more obviously improved than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）;The significant efficiency of the observation group patients was 68.1%,and the total effective rate was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than those of the control group（49.2%,91.3%）,the differences was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The salmeterol/continued fluticasone compound preparations（Seretide Evohaler） treatment for bronchial asthma aerosol inhalation can obtain good curative effect,which is worthy to be popularized.
