临床护理路径在门诊输液患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)在门诊输液患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将800例门诊输液患者随机分为两组,观察组400例运用临床护理路径在输液前、输液中、输液后对患者进行健康教育,对照组400例按传统的方式进行健康教育。对比观察两组患者的健康教育知识掌握程度、患者对护理的满意程度以及护理投诉率。结果观察组的健康教育知识掌握程度好于对照组(P<0.01),患者对护理的满意程度高于对照组(P<0.01),两组患者的护理投诉率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在门诊输液患者中应用临床护理路径开展健康教育,可有效提高健康教育水平,改善护患关系,有利于提高医院窗口服务水平。 Objective To investigate the clinical nursing pathway (CNP) effect of the patients in the out-patient infusion with health education in the application. Methods Eight hundred cases of outpatient infusion patients were randomly divided into two groups, 400 cases of the observation group underwent the health education ( before infusion, infusion, after infusion) in CNP, 400 cases of the control group underwent the traditional approach, the knowledge of health education, the patients" satisfaction and the nursing care complaint rate of two groups were compared. Results The knowledge of health education in the observation group was better than the control group (P 〈 0.01), the satisfaction with care in the observation group was higher than the control group (P 〈 0.01), the patient care complaint rate of two groups was no statistical differences (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Carting out the health education in the out-patient infusion patients in CNP can effectively improve the health knowledge and the nurse-patient relationship, also is of benefit to the window services of hospitals.
