脊柱转移肿瘤经皮椎体成形术手术期护理支持

Nursing care support for spinal metastatic tumors by percutaneous vertebroplasty in operation period

目的探讨脊柱转移肿瘤经皮椎体成形术手术期护理支持对脊柱转移肿瘤患者康复及生活质量的影响。方法对23例脊柱转移肿瘤患者实施经皮椎体成形术治疗,采用术前心理护理、器械设备环境支持,术中配合支持及术后骨水泥渗漏和栓塞的观察护理支持。结果手术成功率为100%,疼痛缓解或消失于术后6～72h。结论脊柱转移肿瘤经皮椎体成形术手术期精心护理支持,对延长生存期、提高生活质量起着重要作用。

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing care support in spinal metastatic tumors by percutaneous vertebroplasty during operation period on rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with spinal metastatic tumors.Methods Twenty three patients with spinal metastatic tumors were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty.The nursing care support of preoperative psychological nursing care,environment support of instrument and equipment,intraoperative cooperation and support and postoperative bone cement leakage and observation of endovascular embolization were performed.Results The success rate of operation was 100%,the pain was relieved or disappeared after operation for 6-72 h.Conclusion The intensive nursing care support of spinal metastatic tumors by percutaneous vertebroplasty in operation period plays an important role in extending lifetime and improving the quality of life.
