摘要
目的了解留守营养不良儿童监护人对儿童营养相关知识认知程度,探讨干预措施。方法自制问卷调查表,对留守营养不良儿童监护人发放问卷调查表。结果 100%的监护人不知晓婴儿的最佳食品、添加辅食时间和原则,99%的监护人不知晓如何选择婴儿食品,95%的监护人不知晓婴儿食品应单独制作,94%的监护人不知晓按时进食的重要性,81%的监护人不知晓如何搭配小孩膳食,10%的监护人不知道小孩吃零食多不好。结论留守营养不良儿童监护人对儿童营养相关知识缺乏,及时了解留守营养不良儿童监护人对儿童营养相关知识认知程度,并进行相关知识宣传教育及指导,才能提高监护人对儿童营养不良的认识,积极、主动采取有利于促进儿童营养的行为,改善留守儿童的营养状况,提高他们的体质,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To understand the guardian of the left-behind malnutrition children understand cognitive level of nutrition related knowledge, and explored the measures of intervention. Methods The guardian of the left-behind malnutrition children was investigated with Self-made questionnaire. Results 100% of the guardians did not know the best food of the baby, the time of adding complementary feeding and principles, and 99% of the guardians did not know how to chose the baby food. 95% of the guardians did not know the baby food should be make individually. 94% of the guardians did not know the importance of eating on time. 81% of the guardians did not know how to match the child diet, and 10% of the guardians did not know eatting snacks was not good for children. Conclusion The guardian of the left-behind malnutrition children is lack of related knowledge of child nutrition, to understand, propaganda and guidance timely cognitive level of nutrition related knowledge in the guardian of the left-behind malnutrition children can improve awareness of the guardian to child malnutrition. At the same time, promoting children's nutrition behavior, improving children's nutritional status can enhance their physique, and reduce the incidence of complications.
