Context-aware Adaptive Service: New Orientation of Personalized Service in Libraries

摘要移动泛在环境下用户需求的动态化、情景敏感化,使得个性化服务的提供越来越需要情景信息的支持,基于情景感知的自适应服务成为图书馆个性化服务的新方向。图书馆情景感知自适应个性化服务具有环境导向性、情景适应性、智能性、主动性等特征,在当前主要有情景感知检索、情景感知推荐、情景感知咨询服务三种实现模式。 In the mobile ubiquitous era, users＇ needs become more dynamic and context-sensitive, thus personalized service needs more support of context. Context-aware adaptive service becomes the new orientation of personalized service in libraries. Such service mode is environment-oriented, context-adaptive, intelligent and active, and there are three application modes at present, including context-aware retrieval, context-aware recommendation and context-aware reference service.
