摘要
基于社会性别理论视角,结合问卷调查方法,从劳动的性别分工、性别气质的刻板印象、高校人才流动和高校行政化四个维度,探讨地方高校图书馆男性馆员在社会性别文化背景下所承受的生存压力及其原因,提出通过加强职业道德教育、增强社会性别意识、发挥图书馆组织功能、营造科研氛围等途径缓解其压力。
On the basis of gender theory, this paper explores the existing pressure of male librarians in local college library, are taking and its causes under the background of mainstream gender culture. By adopting a questionnaire, the study is carried out from four perspectives:sex roles in labour, gender stereotype, talent flowing and the bureaucratization in higher education. Suggestions for relieving male librarians' pressure are also put forward in this paper.
