摘要
在广泛调研有关高效空气粒子过滤器(HEPA)检验方法文献的基础上,选择了聚乙二醇400(PEG400)、壳牌安定来油15(SHELL ONDINA OIL 15)、聚α烯烃4(PAO4)为邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DOP)的拟替代试剂,进行了3种试剂的气溶胶转化率、粒径及其分布、DOP检测仪响应以及高效过滤器泄漏率表征实验。综合比较3种拟替代试剂的技术特性、安全性和经济性,最终确定国产PAO4为替代DOP的最佳试剂。
Based on an extensive investigation over available literatures concerning HEPA filter testing,PEG400,SHELL ondina oil 15 and PAO4 were chosen as candidates for DOP substitutes,and on which a series of tests were conducted about their aerosol conversion rate,particle size distribution,DOP detector response and leaking rate in HEPA filter.With consideration of technical properties,safety performance and economy,homemade PAO4 is finally selected as the best substitute for DOP among the three.
