摘要
国内自主设计建造的第一座放射性废物焚烧设施经过几年运行,其烟气净化系统中部分设备出现严重腐蚀现象、废水处理方面也出现问题。在后续第二、第三座焚烧设施的设计和建设中,通过优化烟气净化工艺和改进设备材质及结构,消除了出现的问题,提高了系统运行的稳定性、延长了设备寿命,也减少了二次废物的产生量。废物管理、运行经验和交流等非技术因素也是造成设施运行中出现的问题的重要原因,需要同样重视。
After years of operation,some problems,such as corrosion and waste water treatment,have been found in the first domestic whole-scale radioactive waste incineration facility.According to the origin of the problems,the flue gas cleaning system has been optimized and improved in terms of technical process,material and structure.It improves the operational stability,extends the equipment life-time,and also reduces the amount of secondary waste.In addition,as major sources of problems,waste management,operational experiences and information exchange deserve more attention.
