摘要例1女，72岁，主闪左面部皮肤硬化1年、加速生长1个月入院。追溯病史，1973年患者小明原因发热伴鼻塞2个月，检仓发现左下鼻甲肿物，病理报告为未分化癌，给予x线照射鼻两侧（照射剂量：0．557～0．645C／kg）及左鼻腔（照射剂量：1．032C／kg），
