恶性黑素瘤的治疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 恶性黑素瘤（简称恶黑）是致命性的皮肤肿瘤，是近年来发病率增长较快的恶性肿瘤之一，年增长率约3％。2009年美国估计皮肤恶黑新发病例68720例，其中8650例将死于该病，是持续快速增长和男性增长最快、女性增长第2快的肿瘤。恶黑易扩散，复发率高，死亡率高，疗效差，因此，早期发现、规范治疗是提高疗效的有效途径。
