摘要
为提高Brabender MT-C水分测定仪的测量效果,借鉴JB/T 10633—2006中的测量能力指数(Cgk)评定法,确定了缩小系数f和置信因子k的值分别为0.3和3,得到了Cgk的计算公式,并利用正交试验设计对设备参数进行了优化,最佳工艺参数为:干燥温度117℃,干燥时间16 min,样品质量8 g。验证试验结果表明,参数优化后评定指标Cg=2.0,Cgk=1.58>1.33,满足了日常周期检测对量具能力的要求。
In order to improve the measurement results of Brabender MT-C moisture meter, the values of reduction coefficient f and confidence factor k were determined as 0.3 and 3, respectively, and formula for Cgk calculation was obtained by referring to the measurement capability index (Cgk)assessment method in JB/T 10633-2006. The optimal parameters obtained by orthogonal test were: drying temperature 117℃ , drying time 16 minutes, sample mass 8 g. The results of validation test showed that under optimized conditions, the assessment index Cg was 2.0, Cgk was 1.58〉 1.33, which met the requirements of routine test.
