摘要 针对四川植烟土壤pH值范围广、普遍含氯低的情况,建立了以水为萃取剂,采取离心过滤的分离方式,用连续流动仪测定土壤中氯含量的方法。结果表明:方法检出限为0.84 mg/kgt,=1.93<t0.05,7=2.36,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.50%,加标回收率为99.50%~108.75%。该方法能快速准确测定pH值范围较广、氯含量较低的植烟土壤中的氯。 Aiming at the wide pH range and low chlorine content in Siehuan tobacco soil, a continuous flow analysis method for determining chlorine in tobacco soil was developed. The chlorine in tobacco soil was extracted with water and separated by centrifugal filter. The results showed that the limit of detection of this method was 0.84 mg/kg (t=1.93 〈 t005:=2.36) with the relative standard deviation of 2.5% and the recoveries were from 99.50% to 108.75%. This is a quick and accurate method for determining the chlorine in tobacco soil with wide pH range and low chlorine content.
