摘要 对近10年国内外建成投产的巨型高炉技术装备进行了阐述,研究分析了当代巨型高炉的技术特征。认为当代巨型高炉在工艺技术装备方面取得了长足进步,在高炉大型化、精料、无料钟炉顶设备与炉料分布控制、高炉长寿、高风温、富氧喷煤、煤气干法除尘等方面成就突出。 The paper expounds the technologies and equipment of super large blast furnaces put into operation in the past decade and analyzes the technical characteristics of current super large blast furnaces. It is concluded that the process technologies and equipment of current super large blast furnace achieve great progresses, especially in blast furnace enlargement, beneficiated burden material, bell -less top equipment, burden distribution control, long campaign, high blasting temperature, oxygen enriched pulverized coal injection, dry dedusting of BFg, etc.
