玉屏风散加减联合激素治疗放射性肺纤维化的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the effect of Jade Screen Powder associated with hormone in the treatment of radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis

目的观察玉屏风散加减联合激素治疗放射性肺纤维化的临床疗效。方法 62例患者随机分为治疗组31例,对照组31例,治疗组用玉屏风散加减联合激素治疗,对照组仅单用激素治疗。结果治疗组总体疗效、胸片疗效、生活质量状况、肺功能情况改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),血清转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散加减联合激素治疗放射性肺纤维化疗效优于单用激素治疗,且患者肺功能状况、生活质量得到改善。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jade Screen powder associated with hormone to radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis.Methods A total of 62 patients were divided into two groups randomly： treatment group（31 cases） and control group（31 cases）.The treatment group were given Jade Screen powder associated with hormone while control group only hormone.The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results In treatment group,the overall effect,the quality of life,X-ray,pulmonary function were obviously improved（P 〈 0.05）,and the TGF-β levels were obviously reduced（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Jade Screen powder associated with hormone to radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis is better than hormone only.The patients obtain better pulmonary function and quality of life
