综合性医院2011年医院感染现患率调查分析

Survey and analysis of infection rate in general hospital in 2011

目的了解我院医院感染情况,增强医务人员医院感染防控意识,为制订医院感染监控措施及有效开展目标性监测提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对2011年9月7日我院住院患者采取床旁调查和查阅住院病历相结合的方法进行医院感染现患率调查。结果调查住院患者977例,感染现患率为2.46%,感染率最高的科室为ICU,占41.67%;感染部位以下呼吸道感染最多,12例占34.29%;感染病原菌以大肠埃希菌及变形杆菌属为主;抗菌药物使用率为39.10%,其中,治疗用药占72.25%,预防用药占22.25%,治疗加预防用药占5.50%,抗菌药物一联、二联使用率分别为82.20%、16.49%。结论我院医院感染现患率低于全国水平,感染部位与致病菌与国内报道基本一致。

Objective To understand the condition of hospital infection rate in our hospital,strengthen the prevention and control awareness of hospital infection in medical personnel,in order to provide evidence to formulate hospital infection control measures and develop targeted surveillance.Methods Cross-sectional survey method was adopted.The hospital in-fection rate of patients in our hospital on 7 September,2011 was investigated by the combination methods of investigation by the bed and medical record survey.Results The infection prevalence rate was 2.46% among 977 cases of inpatients.Department with the highest infection rate was ICU,accounted for 41.67%;the site of the highest infection rate was the lower respiratory tract with 12 cases,accounted for 34.29%;the main pathogen were the escherichia coli and proteus;the antimicrobial drug use rate was 39.10%,of which treatment medication was accounted for 72.25%,prevention medication was accounted for 22.25%,and combination of treatment and prevention was accounted for 5.50%.Single and combination medication rates of antimicrobial drugs were 82.20% and 16.49% respectively.Conclusion Hospital infection prevalence rate in our hospital is below the national level,and the infection site and pathogens type are consistent with previous reports
