摘要
目的通过参照物法实施铺床教学方法的研究,补充和完善护理学基础教材中此项操作内容,在教学环节中提高时效,节约人力资源。方法设立实验组,运用"参照物法"准备铺床用物;设立对照组运用"观察法",对这两种教学方法进行对照实验性研究。结果在相同的教学时数下,实验组学生完成正确操作的正确率为92%,对照组学生完成正确操作的正确率为76%。实验组学生完成正确操作所用平均时间为7.24 min;对照组学生完成正确操作所用平均时间为9.96 min,同样达到终末评价学生达成度,所用平均时间实验组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。10 min内运用"参照物法"教师对学生群体语言性指导5次,在同样的时间内运用"观察法"指导13次。结论参照物法有助于学生对实验内容的掌握,有利于教师对折叠技术的讲授、示范与指导,节省人力和时间。
Objective To improve teaching efficiency and save human resources,use the training teaching method of making beds by the reference method.Methods The students were randomly divided into two groups of the experimental group and the control group.The students in the experimental group were taught to perform making beds by the reference method,and the students in the control group were taught by the observation method.The two teaching methods were compared and researched.Results In the same teaching hours,the correct operation rate of the experimental group and the control group were 92% and 76% separately.The average time of performing the operation correctly in the experimental group and the control group were 7.24 min and 9.96 min separately.To reach the same level of the final evaluation,the average time of the experimental group was less than the control group.The results had a significant difference(P 〈0.05).In 10 mins,the teacher gave all the students 5 times instructions in the experimental group and 13 times in the control group.Conclusion The teaching method of reference can help the students to grasp the experimental content and can help the teachers to demonstrate and instruct the folding technique,save the teaching time and the human resources
