Space Planning and Design of Urban Settlements Based on Low-impact Development

文章针对传统的开发模式给我国城市带来的一系列严重环境问题,指出低影响开发及相关创新理念为我国解决城市雨水问题提供了新的思路。基于低影响开发理念,围绕雨水控制系统的建构,从物质空间规划的角度,重点对住区中的公共开放空间、建筑、道路与景观等要素总结了一系列可供选择的规划设计实践措施,为解决城市住区开发所涉及的雨水控制利用问题提供设计对策。

As to a series of serious environmental problems in our city brought by the traditional development model, this paper proposes low- impact development and related innovative ideas for solving the urban water problems in China. Based on the concept of low-impact development, concerning the construction of stormwater control systems from the perspective of physical space planning. This article focuses on summarizing a series of alternative measures for planning and design practice for public open space, buildings, roads and landscape elements in the settlements, which provide design solutions to utilizing stormwater control in the development of urban settlements.
