昆明作为中国西南边疆省份重要的政治、经济和文化中心,古往今来名人荟萃,在地方历史发展过程中产生着重要的影响作用,并构成了独特的历史文化底蕴。这些名人所居住的故居旧居,作为建筑遗产保护中的一个重要组成部分,对研究云南的建筑发展历史及其城市文脉的传承有着重要的学术意义。该文以部分名人故居为研究对象,在分析建筑形式特色的基础上,进一步探讨对其保护与利用的方法和价值。

Kunming is an important political, economic and cultural center in southwest of China, coming into being many celeDnrles rrom ancient to modern times, they have an important and unique impact on local historical development, these former residences as an important part in the protection of architectural heritage have an important station and influences profoundly in Yunnan architectural history and urban context, based on the analysis of architectural form, this paper mainly describes protection and utilization of former residences.
