虚拟学习社区采纳行为影响因素实证研究 被引量:12

摘要 虚拟学习社区已逐渐成为一种重要的非正式学习环境,学习者对虚拟社区的采纳是开展虚拟社区学习的前提。以理性行为理论和技术接受模型作为个体行为影响因素研究的理论框架,从行为视角识别和分析影响学习者采纳虚拟学习社区的主要因素,建立虚拟学习社区采纳行为前因模型,提出相应研究假设,并采用结构方程模型统计技术进行实证数据分析。实证结果表明,学习者采纳虚拟学习社区的行为受学习者的个体特征、虚拟社区的环境特征和虚拟社区的技术环境多方面因素影响,其影响的显著性与强度存在着差异。
