摘要
基于磁场定向的永磁同步发电机交直轴等效电路,建立了包括机械损耗在内的损耗模型,通过分析一定负载下速度、直轴电流与损耗的关系,得出效率最优的速度和直轴电流解析式。分析了最大电流限制下速度和输出电磁功率的关系,提出了效率最优的速度和直流电流联合控制策略,并确定了效率最优联合控制的实现方案和运行流程。仿真和实验结果表明:在同样的负载条件下,这种效率最优联合控制方法较普通效率优化方法的效率更高,在全负载范围内实现了近似恒定效率运行,且动态特性没有明显降低。
Based on quadrature-axis and direct-axis equivalent circuits for field-oriented permanent magnet synchronous generators(PMSG),the loss model including mechanical loss is established.The optimal efficiency analytic expressions of speed and direct current are obtained by analyzing the relationships of speed,direct axis current and loss under certain load.The relationship between speed and output electromagnetic power is analyzed under the maximum current limit,the optimal efficiency of speed and direct current joint control strategy is proposed and the implementation program and running process are determined.Simulation and experimental results show that: in the same load conditions,such optimal efficiency joint control is more efficient than ordinary optimal efficiency control,has approximately constant efficiency in the whole load operation range,and has not reduced dynamic characteristics significantly.
