摘要
对双定子永磁同步发电机进行了有限元分析计算和样机试验,验证了本系列前述文章中将响应面法应用于双定子永磁同步发电机电磁设计的有效性及电机性能的优越性。针对5kW的样机电机,在不考虑散热差异的前提下,双定子永磁同步发电机的功率/体积密度比内转子永磁同步发电机提高50%左右,额定工作效率达90%,且在很广的负载范围内都具有很高的运行效率,额定电压调整率只有6%。
The dual-stator permanent magnet synchrounous generator(PMSG) was analyzed by FEM,and the prototype was manufactured and tested to verify its design by response surface method(RSM) presented in the part I of this paper and the perfect performance.The 5.0kW prototyped dual-stator PMSG features a 50 percent power-to-volume ratio higher than that of the normal single-stator inner-rotor PMSG when ignoring their heat dissipating difference,and has a higher rated efficiency of about 90 percent,and a rated voltage regulation of about 6%.
