柴油机喷嘴内部几何结构的喷雾贯穿距模型 被引量:6

摘要 基于上海光源同步辐射高能X射线断层扫描,建立了6孔喷油器喷嘴内部几何结构的高精度三维模型,并对该喷油器的喷雾宏观特性进行了试验研究.通过对比分析喷雾贯穿距与喷嘴内部几何结构特征参数之间的关系发现:喷孔入口倒角系数对喷雾贯穿距变化影响最大;在此基础上,通过在广安博之喷雾贯穿距预测公式中引入喷孔入口倒角系数,修正并获得多孔喷油器喷雾贯穿距预测公式,得到了与试验结果吻合度很高的模拟计算结果. Based on X-ray CT scan in SSRF,this article built up a highly accurate 3,D inner geometry model of a multiple orifice nozzle and carried out spray macroscopic characteristic tests.Comparing the values between the nozzle geometry parameters from X-ray CT scan and spray tests,it was demonstrated that the rounding ratio is mostly influencing factor to spray penetration.A multiple orifice nozzle spray penetration model was proposed with addition of the rounding ratio factor.The simulation gives good agreement to the experimental results.
