摘要
提出了一种根据电磁兼容原理设计的新型高性能电子束焊机用高压电源。介绍了高压电源的原理,结合电源的具体特点,分别对抗干扰、提高耐受过电压能力、降低纹波电压、提高稳定度等作了详细的说明。并根据试验结果,得出了电源的输出特性。
A new construction and advanced function high voltage source is used for electron beam welder (EBW), and designed on the principle of electromagnetic compebility (EMC). A fundamental theary on high voltage source is reported in this paper. In accordance with wirements for high voltage source, some specifications such as anti-interference, capacity of standing overvoltage, reducing ripple voltage and high stablity are described. On the basis of testing results, output characterisic of high voltage source is obtained.
