摘要
目的:提高肿瘤患者化疗的疗效。方法:从医师、药师、护士3个医疗环节中分析影响肿瘤患者化疗疗效的医源性因素。结果:影响肿瘤患者化疗疗效的医源性因素包括:药物相互作用;溶媒的选用、溶媒的用量;冲配时间、冲配计算、冲配方法、冲配容器;给药途径、给药顺序、给药速度等方面。结论:医疗环节中的不合理、不规范、不专业都会造成患者化疗疗效的降低或不良反应的发生。
OBJECTIVE：To improve the efficacy of cancer chemotherapy.METHODS：Medical influencing factors of chemotherapy effects were analyzed from physicians,pharmacists and nurses.RESULTS：Medical influencing factors of chemotherapy effects included drug interactions;choice and amount of solvent;calculation,methods,duration and containers of admixture;ways,sequence and speed of administration,etc.CONCLUSIONS：Irrational,non-standard,non-professional handlings in medical process will result in reduction of chemotherapy effects or the occurrence of adverse reactions.
