摘要
将定量的西芹种子、8~10叶期的叶片、叶柄、鲜根分别置于玻璃真空干燥器的下部,将在PDA培养基上接种黄瓜枯萎病菌的培养皿置于干燥器的上部,密封,利用生长速率法研究了不同西芹离体材料挥发物对黄瓜枯萎病菌的化感作用(各处理材料重量分别为50、100、150、200g)。结果表明:西芹挥发物对黄瓜枯萎病菌有化感抑制作用,且化感效果随着浓度的增加而增加;重量为200g的西芹种子、叶片、叶柄、鲜根挥发物处理黄瓜枯萎病菌144h后,化感效果分别为9.3%、10.9%、12.2%、18.7%;西芹鲜根挥发物的化感作用最强,其次为叶柄,叶片和种子最弱。对共培养后接种黄瓜枯萎病菌的黄瓜幼苗进行病害调查,处理为200株的西芹挥发物化感抑制效果最好,至接菌11d其发病株数为64株,化感效果为15.8%;西芹挥发物浓度越高,其抑制发病的效果越好,抑病效果随着时间的延长而减弱。
In order to understand the allelopathy of parsley volatiles on Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.cucumeris,definite amounts(50,100,150,and 200 g) of parsley seeds and its leaves,petioles,and fresh roots in the 8-10th leaf period were put on the bottom of glass vacuum dryer,respectively,and the Petri dishes inoculated with F.oxysporium f.sp.cucumeris were put at the top of the dryer.Then,the dryer was sealed,and the allelopathy of the parsley volatiles was studied by measuring the growth rate of F.oxysporium f.sp.cucumeris.Parsley volatiles had allelopathic effect on F.oxysporium f.sp.cucumeris,and the effect increased with increasing concentration of the volatiles.After treated with the volatiles from 200 g parsley seeds,leaves,petioles,and fresh roots for 144 h,the allelopathic effect was 9.3%,10.9%,12.2%,and 18.7%,respectively.Root volatiles showed the strongest allelopathy,followed by petiole volatiles,and leaf-and seed volatiles.The incidence of F.oxysporium f.sp.cucumeris on cucumber seedlings was studied after inoculation.It was observed that the volatiles gathered from a total of 200 plants had the best allelopathic effect.On the 11th day of inoculation,64 cucumber seedlings were diseased,and the allelopathic effect was 15.8%.The higher the concentration of the parsley volatiles,the better the inhibitory effect on F.oxysporium f.sp.cucumeris,but the effect decreased with extending time.
