摘要
利用熔融共混法制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)/晶须硅共混物,并考察了晶须硅对共混物硬度、热变形温度、力学性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明:当晶须硅含量为5%时,PC共混物的综合性能最好,其拉伸强度66.03 MPa,断裂伸长率7.62%,缺口冲击强度7.32 kJ/m2,铅笔硬度为H,改性PC体系为假塑性流体,其线性相关性系数为736.631,非牛顿指数为0.843。
Polycarbonate(PC)/silicon whisker blend was prepared by melt blending.The effects of silicon whisker on hardness,heat deflection temperature,mechanical property and rheological property of PC were investigated.The results show that when silicon whisker content is 5%,the comprehensive properties of PC blend are the best,its tensile strength is 66.03 MPa,elongation at break is 7.62%,notched impact strength is 7.32 kJ/m2,the pencil hardness is H,the modified PC system is pseudo-plastic fluid,its linear correlation coefficient is 736.631,non-newtonian index is 0.843.
