我院儿科门诊用药情况分析与评价

Analysis and evaluation of drug application in pediatric outpatients of our hospital

目的调查我院儿科门诊用药情况,促进合理用药。方法随机抽取我院儿科门诊处方2 620张,逐张统计用药情况,进行分析。结果我院儿科门诊处方平均用药品种数为3.36种,口服药物处方占总处方数的46.68%,注射剂处方占总处方数的32.10%,中药配方颗粒处方占19.42%;使用抗菌药物的处方占62.81%,使用中药注射剂处方占23.02%。结论我院儿科用药基本合理,中、西药并重,但处方用药仍存在许多问题,如抗菌药物使用率偏高,中药注射剂应用有待规范。

Objective To investigate the drug application in pediatric outpatient of our hospital,in order to promote rational drug use.Methods A total of 2 620 pieces of outpatient prescriptions were randomly sampled from our hospital,and the condition of drug application were analyzed.Results 3.36 kinds of drugs were used in each prescription on average.46.68% were oral drugs prescriptions and 32.10% were injections prescriptions.Prescriptions of antibacterial agents application occupied 62.81%.The traditional Chinese medicine injections were used in 23.02% prescriptions and the traditional Chinese medicine formula particles were used in 19.42% prescriptions.Conclusion The drug application in pediatric outpatients of our hospital is basic reasonable.The application of traditional Chinese and Western medicine regards both as equally important.Yet the pediatric outpatient prescriptions also have many problems,such as the application rate of antibiotic is too high and the unreasonable use of the traditional Chinese medicine injection.
