空气波压力治疗在全髋置换术后护理的临床应用研究

The clinical application of postoperative care in therapy of total hip arthroplasty by air wave pressure

目的探讨空气波压力治疗仪在全髋置换术后护理中预防血栓栓塞、减轻疼痛及肿胀的有效性和安全性。方法将80例行全髋置换术患者,按随机原则分为研究组和对照组各40例,两组患者术后均采取常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上应用空气波压力治疗仪对患肢进行物理治疗。观察两组患者疼痛程度、肿胀指数、血栓栓子直径情况并进行对照比较。结果两组患者术后10 d均未发生血栓栓塞,研究组疼痛程度、肿胀指数均明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论空气波压力治疗仪对预防全髋置换术后减轻患者疼痛及肿胀有较好的效果,能有效降低静脉栓子形成的风险,而且舒适、安全、方便,经济实惠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of postoperative care in therapy of total hip arthroplasty by air wave pressure in preventing thromboembolism and reducing pain and swelling.Methods 80 patients which obtained total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into the study group and control group,each had 40 patients,both patients in two groups were taken usual care after total hip arthroplasty,the study group patients were given air pressure therapy instrument on the affected limbs to physical therapy on the basis of the control group.The pain,swelling exponent,thrombo-embolic diameter of patients in two groups were observed and compared.Results After 10 days,patients in two groups had no thromboembolism occurred.The indice of pain,swelling in the study group were significantly smaller than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（all P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of postoperative care in therapy of total hip arthroplasty by air wave pressure in preventing thromboembolism and reducing pain and swelling is good,and can effectively reduce the risk of venous embolus formation which is comfortable,safe,convenient,economical,and worth of clinical application.
