互动模式随访在糖尿病患者饮食和运动健康教育中的应用

Application on interaction follow-up of diet and exercise health education in patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨互动模式随访在糖尿病患者饮食和运动健康教育中的应用。方法选择74例2型糖尿病患者(观察组),对其使用互动模式的饮食和运动健康教育随访,并与75例常规健康教育的患者(对照组)比较,出院后6个月,饮食和运动健康教育知识的知晓情况,并评估互动模式健康教育的临床效果。结果观察组对饮食治疗的意义、食物热卡计算、食物搭配的了解程度在一般了解以上者分别为56例、60例和54例,观察组对运动疗法的意义、运动处方、运动疗法注意事项的了解程度在一般了解以上者分别为68例、58例和62例,观察组患者出院后随访发现其对饮食和运动疗法的了解程度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),复诊时发现观察组患者空腹血糖值和餐后2 h血糖值控制情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互动式饮食和运动健康教育模式,对提高糖尿病患者饮食调节和运动控制效果是一种较好的干预措施,并且其能达到更好地控制患者空腹血糖和餐后血糖的效果。

Objective To explore the application on the interaction follow-up of diet and exercise health education in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 74 patients with type 2 diabetic who were given interaction follow-up of diet and exercise health education,and were compared with 75 cases of conventional health education,after discharge of 6 months,the clinical effect of diet and exercise health education knowledge were evaluated.Results The patients with understanding degree in general understand of diet therapy,calculation food calories and food matching in observation group were 56 cases,60 cases and 54 cases,the patients with understanding degree in general understand of exercise therapy,exercise prescription in observation group were 68 cases,58 cases and 62 cases.The understanding degree of diet and exercise therapy in observation group were higher than that of control group（P 0.05）,the fasting blood glucose value and 2 h postprandial plasma glucose of observation group were better than that of control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Interactive diet and exercise health education can improve the diabetic diet regulation,and it is a kind of better intervention,and it can achieve better control of fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose.
