砂质高岭土的除铁研究

The study of removing iron in sandy kaolin

以砂质高岭土为原料，采用还原法对高岭土进行还原漂白试验研究。研究了盐酸用量、固液比、保险粉用量、pH值等对漂白效果的影响。研究表明，盐酸用量为20％，固液比为1：5，保险粉用量为4％，pH值为2．5，高岭土经漂白后含铁率从0．68％降低到0．47％，且白度从72％提高到83％。

The sandy kaolin was determined as raw materials and bleaching experiments of the samples were studied.The effect of experiment of amount of hydrochloric acid,solid-liquid ratio,sodium hydrosulfite dosage and pH to bleaching were researched, the results showed that amount of hydrochloric acid was 20%,, sodium hydrosulfite dosage was reched 4% and pH was 2.5, puldensity was 20%.After reduction bleaching of the samples,the iron content reduced from 0.68% to 0.52% and the whitness in- creased from 72% to 83%.
