摘要
利用纳米结构硼掺杂金刚石(nBDD)电极的优点对人体尿液中的UA含量进行检测,并与常规玻碳(GC)电极做了比较。检测不同尿样的结果可知,nBDD电极检测的回收率为95.3%~98.4%,GC电极79.6%~87.1%;检测同一尿样的重复性实验得出,nBDD电极上峰电流的相对标准偏差(RSD)为8.0%,GC电极上峰电流的RSD为39%。
In this paper,the electrochemical detection of uric acid(UA) in human urine at a nanostructured boron-doped diamond(nBDD) and glassy carbon(GC) electrode was investigated by differential pulse voltammetry.By detecting the different urine samples,the recoveries of the nBDD electrode were 95.3%~98.4%,and those of the GC electrode was 79.6%~87.1%.For the repeatability experiments at the two electrodes,the relative standard deviation(RSD) of the nBDD electrode was 8.0%,and that of GC electrode was 39%.
