液相色谱-电喷雾电离三重四级杆质谱测定畜禽肝脏中维吉尼亚霉素M1的残留量 被引量:4

Determination of virginiamycin M1 in animal liver by liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了动物肝脏组织中维吉尼亚霉素M1残留的液相色谱-电喷雾电离三重四级杆质谱(LC-ESI-MS/MS)的测定方法。样品经0.2 mol/L NH4H2PO4和乙酸乙酯提取,分散型固相萃取PSA填料净化,采用正离子扫描多反应监测(MRM)模式下液质联用仪进行定性和定量分析。该方法省去耗时的固相萃取过程,回收率在67.2%~90.3%之间,RSD<10.0%;检测限为0.5μg/kg,定量限为1.0μg/kg。 The determination method for analysis of virginiamycin M1 in animal liver by liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS) was developed.Liver samples were extracted by 0.2 mol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and ethyl acetate,and cleaned up by matrix solid-phase dispersant PSA.The mass spectrometry was operated in positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring for qualitative and quantitative analysis.No solid-phase extract(SPE) procedure was adopted,which made sample preparation simple and efficient.Average recoveries were between 67.2 % and 90.3 %,with relative standard deviation less than 10.0%.The limits of detection(LOD) were 0.5 μg/kg,and limits of quantitation(LOQ) were 1.0 μg/kg.
