电流对小功率红光LED色度学特性的影响 被引量:5

Influence of driving current on colorimetric characteristics for low power red LED

摘要 本文通过改变小功率红光LED的正向驱动电流,对其光谱,色品坐标,红色比等色度学参数测试,并对半高宽,主波长,色纯度进行了计算。实验表明,这些色度学参数与电流有着密切关系。红光LED随着正向电流增加光谱产生红移,色品坐标随之变化;峰值波长与主波长向长波移动;对色纯度影响不明显,红色比略有下降。 The emission spectra, chromaticity coordinates and red ratio of low power red LEDs were measured under different forward driving currents. The full width at half maximum (FWHM), dominant wavelength and color purity were calculated. The experimental results show that eolorimetric parameters have close relation with the current. With the increase of forward driving current, the emission spectra show a red-shift, and the chromaticity coordinates change accordingly. In addition, the dominant wavelength and peak wavelength increase. The color purity has no significani change, but the value of red ratio decreases slightly.
