摘要
本文以我国行业样本为实证分析对象,通过构建FDI技术外溢模型,研究FDI和人力资本内在关联关系的存在性及行业差异性。实证结果表明,我国FDI与人力资本之间存在互动机制,且两者之间的互动机制在我国不同行业表现出显著的差异。两者间的互动机制在农业表现为反向关联,在工业和服务业为正向关联,并且工业的互动效果强于服务业。
This paper analyzes the existence and industry differences of internal association between the FDI and human capital by constructing FDI technology spillover model. The empirical results show that there is interaction mechanism between FDI in China and human capital; meanwhile, the interaction mechanisms of different sectors in our country shows significant differences: there is reverse correlation in the agricultural, while positive correlation in industrial and services, and the interaction effect of former is stronger than that of latter. Furthermore, the sub-industry empirical studies also support the ocorresponding conclusions.
