风险社会视域下罗尔斯“惠及最少受惠者最大利益”的正义观及其当代价值——以创新社会管理为分析视角

John Rawls' “The Best Interests of Benefit at Least Beneficiaries” Justice and Contemporary Value in Society Rise Horizon——To Explore the Social Management Innovation for Analysis Perspective

从伦理学意义上说,风险伦理与罗尔斯"惠及最少受惠者最大利益"具有较为紧密的内在关联性。罗尔斯"惠及最少受惠者最大利益"理论主要蕴含在罗尔斯的两个正义原则特别是差别原则之中,而"正当对善或好具有优先性"贯穿于罗尔斯正义论的始末。在罗尔斯的"惠及最少受惠者最大利益"理论的启示下,我们亟需建立各种利益——风险责任对应追究机制,完善社会管理制度、强化社会管理,"惠及当代中国最少受惠者最大利益",实现社会公平正义。

From ethical sense, risk ethics and Rawls （ John Rawls. ） ＂The best interests of benefit at least ben- eficiaries ＂ are more closely with the intrinsic relationship. Rawls ＂The best interests of benefit at least beneficia- ries＂ theory mainly contains two justice rolls in principle,especially among different principle,and ＂due to good or good has preferential＂ throughout rawls justice theory from the begining to the end. In the enlightenment of the theo- ry of rawls ＂The best interests of benefit at least beneficiaries ＂,we need to establish various interests, and risk lia- bility shall be investigated for corresponding mechanism to improve the social management system and strengthen the social management, ＂benefiting the best interests of benefit at least beneficiaries in contemporary China＂, and achie- ving social fairness and justice.
