摘要
[方法]采用湿式超微粉碎法制备了28%苯甲.嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂,对润湿分散剂、增稠剂、成膜剂、防冻剂进行了筛选,确定了优惠配方。[结果]28%苯甲.嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂的优惠配方为:苯醚甲环唑8.0%,嘧菌酯20.0%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TERSPERSE 4896)4.0%,羟基聚环氧乙烷丁醚(Ethylan NS 500LQ)2.0%,硅酸镁铝0.3%,黄原胶0.3%,成膜剂0.35%,乙二醇5.0%,色浆3.0%,荧光增白剂0.2%,水56.85%。[结论]该制剂经低温[(0±2)℃,7 d]和热贮[(54±2)℃,14 d]稳定性实验,各项指标均符合悬浮种衣剂相关标准。
[Methods] The experiment in the screening of such effective adjuvant as dispersing agent, thickening agent, film- former agent and the anti-freezing agent was conducted according to different indicators with the method of wet milling. Based on the indicators, optimum formula was obtained. [Results] After primary screening, the best determined formula was as follows: azoxystrobin 8.0%, difenoconazoe 20.0%, TERSPERSE 4896 4.0%, Ethylan NS 500LQ 2.0%, magnesium aluminiumsilicate 0.3%, xanthangum 0.3%, filmogen 0.35%, ethylene glycol 5.0%, color-paste 3.0%, fluorescent brightening agent 0.2% and water 56.85%. [Conclusions] The indicators of the formula agreed fairly well with the experimentally relevant determined standards with the treatment of (54±2) ℃ for fourteen days and (0±2) ℃ for seven days.
