4%春雷霉素可湿性粉剂液相色谱串联质谱法分析 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]拟建立液相色谱串联质谱法测定质量分数为4%的春雷霉素可湿性粉剂中春雷霉素的分析方法。[方法]根据农药性质,优化仪器条件,以ACQUITY UPLC BEH AMIDE不锈钢柱为色谱柱;0.2%甲酸水和乙腈为流动相;流速:0.25 mL/min;应用UPLC-MS/MS选择多反应监测(MRM)正离子模式扫描测定。[结果]在0.002-0.1 mg/L范围内,春雷霉素线性关系良好(r2=0.9997),回收率为97.2%-104.3%,相对标准偏差小于3.0%。[结论]方法精密度和准确度较高,是一种较为理想的检测分析方法。 [Aims] A analytical method of kasugamycin by UPLC-MS/MS was planed to be developed. [Methods] According to the properties of pesticides, instrumental conditions were systematically optimized, the samples were analyzed with ACQUITY UPLC BEH AMIDE stainless steel column, and 0.2% formic acid water solution-acetonitrile was used as the mobile phase with the flow rate at 0.25 mL/min, and data were acquired in multiple reactions monitoring mode (MRM). [Results] In the linear range (0.002-0.1 mg/L), there was a good linear relation and correlation coefficient (r2) of linearity was 0.9997, the corresponding recoveries were 97.2-104.3%, the relative standard deviations were lower than 3.0%. [Conclusions] The method was accurate and sensitive, which is a more ideal test analysis method.
