摘要
武汉钢铁股份有限公司炼钢总厂四分厂基于200 t KR脱硫设备和工艺的特点,开发出了高效脱硫法。应用结果表明,高效脱硫法不仅保证了脱硫工序的达标达产和脱硫效果,某低硫钢种成品w(S)≤60×10-6比例提高了31%,同时普通CaO基脱硫剂的消耗降低24.0%,钝化CaO基脱硫剂的消耗降低10.7%,取得良好的技术和经济效果。
On the basis of the characteristics of the 200 KR desulfurization equipments and its operating processes in the No. 4 Branch of General Steelmaking Plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation a high efficient desulphurization method is developed. Resuits of application show that by application of the newly developed process not only product quality and productivity as well as desulphurization effects can be ensured, but the ratio of the low sulphur steel products w(S)≤60×10^-6 is also raised by 31 % and in the meanwhile consumption of conventional CaO-based desulphurizer is lowered by 24. 0 % and consumption of passivation CaO based desulphurizer is reduced by 10. 7 %. Thus both good technological and economical results have been achieved.
