山西省煤矿企业兼并重组后的矿工安置问题研究

山西省煤矿企业兼并重组后出现了大量原先从事这一领域的失业农协工,各级政府和大型国营煤矿企业在进行人员安置工作方面对这一群体关注较少。文章在实地调研的基础上,发现这类群体由于未能得到合适的权益补偿,社会保障制度不完善,使其生活质量日益下降。认为,为解决上述问题需要以国家为主体,提供强有力的政策和资金支持,从而切实改善农协工群体的生活状况。

Based on the practical research, it is found that the quality of life of these peo- ple is declining because they have not got appropriate equity compensation and social security system is flawed. In order to solve these problems, the country needs to provide strong policy and financial support to agricultural co - workers to effectively improve their living conditions.
