摘要
感恩是提高人们主观幸福感,促进亲社会行为的重要途径。探索行之有效的大学生感恩行为养成策略成为高校教育工作者的重要课题。本文以行为决策理论为基础,从感恩决策的独特视角剖析大学生感恩行为的决策评估系统,深入分析感恩决策法则中的体验效用、决策效用和预期效用,提出了要以体验效用启发大学生"知恩"、以决策效用促进大学生"感恩"、以预期效用引导大学生"施恩"的高校大学生感恩提升策略。
Gratitude could improve the Subjective well- being(SWB) and promote the human prosocial behavior. On the basis of the theory of behavior decision - making, we analyzed the Decision Assessment System (DAS) of the college students from the point of gratitude decision - making. We investigated the DAS of the gratitude including experienced utility, decision utility, and expected utility. Then we proposed strategies that could upgrade the gratitude decision, which involved enlightening college students "to be full of gratitude" via experienced utility, encouraging them to have gratitude via decision utility, and guide them to help others.
