摘要
众所周知,步进电动机的步距角主要由它的相数和转子齿数决定。即使采取微步驱动技术,步距角可以细分,也仍在一定程度上受到转子齿数的限制,本文提出一种通电方式的新设计,打破了这种限制,使步进电动机的步距角可以更灵活,更好地满足用户系统的要求,也可简化步进电动机生产的规格品种,对生产制造业有利。
The step angle of stepping motors is determined by their numbers of phase and numbers of rotor tooth. Even with the use of the micro\|stepping drive technique, the step angle is still limited in some extent by number of teeth. In this paper, a new design of step mode is provided. The step angle can be easily selected with the advantage of this technique. And the specifications of drive can also be simplified.
