摘要
循环流化床锅炉(CFB)的大型化发展要求从设计、制造及辅机配套等方面实现国产化。文中介绍哈尔滨锅炉有限责任公司和电站锅炉煤清洁燃烧国家工程研究中心在总结大量试验研究、设计制造经验及消化吸收内江100MW CFB锅炉技术的基础上联合设计的100 MW CFB锅炉,对其设计思想、炉型技术特点以及锅炉岛辅机设备的设计进行详细讨论。
The development of large sized circulating fluidized bed (CFB)boiler requires to realize the localization of design, manufacturing and auxiliary equipment completeness etc. The article describes the 100 MW CFB boiler jointly designed by Harbin Boiler Co. Ltd and National Clean Coal Combustion Engineering Research Center for Utility Boilers on the basis of summarizing experiences of a great amount of testing and research, design and manufacturing, as well as digesting and assimilating 100 MW boiler technology in Neijingang Power Plant,Its design conception, technical features of boiler configuration and the design of auxiliary equipment in boiler island are discussed in detail as well.
