Effect of Heat-electricity Cogeneration on Economic Benefit of Power Plant

针对现行热电联产效益核算方法存在的主要问题提出一种新的核算方法，并详细介绍新方法的３个阶段，即经济指标核定、各项费用核定及利润总额核定。进一步分析热电联产对电厂经济效益的影响，指出热电联产的效益只有在热电价格比达到一定程度才可以实现。

In view of the main problems existing in current benefit accounting method of cogeneration, this article puts forward a new accounting method and details three stages of flew method, i.e., appraisalsand decisions of economic indexes, various costs and total amount of profit, further analyzes the offect of cogeneration on economic benefit of power plant and indicates that the benefit of cogeneration can be realized only when the price ratio of heat/electricity reaches a certain extent.
