摘要
介绍我国已开发的ＣＣ－２０００等具有自主版权的、新一代开放分布式能量管理系统（ＥＭＳ）。与引进系统相比，在软件工程化管理和资料完整性等方面提高， 但国内系统在技术支持、售后服务、以及性能价格比等方面具有优势。建议采取措施，以使国内开发的系统能更好满足电网的需要。
This paper introduces a new ageneration of domestically developed and patented open type distributed management system (EMS) of model CC-2000. As compared with the imported system, although it is somewhat inferior in software engineering management and completeness of technical materials, the domestic system has advantages on techni cal support, after-sales service andl betterr performance-cost ratio. Therefore, the domestic system is suggested to be em ployed to satisfy demand of power system development.
