摘要
本文根据离散制造业作业计划分配和执行特点,建立了基于虚拟完成物料的厂级计划模型和物料工序加工的车间级计划。在此基础上研究了任务的执行过程追踪方法,即在数据采集的支持下,建立生产任务执行状态追踪的通用流程。
This paper builds factory level planning model based on virtual finish material,and builds material processing workshop level plan based on the discrete manufacturing operation plan allocation and execution characteristics.On the basis of this study a task execution process tracing method,in data acquisition support the establishment of production task state tracking of general flow.
