Construction of Fiscal Informationization System Based on the Building of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Region

鄱阳湖生态经济区发展,必须依赖于科学的现代化财政管理。信息化是提高财政服务效率、实现财政管理现代化的必由之路。本文针对当前鄱阳湖生态经济区财政信息化建设现状,从建立标准体系、构建网络基础、开发财政管理信息系统、形成财政决策中心等四个层面,讨论了鄱阳湖生态经济区财政信息化体系的构建。

The developing of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Region depends on the modern and scientific fiscal management.Informationization is the only way to improve the efficiency of fiscal service and realize fiscal management modernization.This essay analyzed the current situation of the fiscal informationization of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Region and offerd measurements for the construction of fiscal informationization system of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Region from establishing standard system,building networking infrastructure,developing the fiscal management information system and forming fiscal decision center.
