理工科院校学生创新教育中存在矛盾及对策分析

ANALYSIS of Contradiction and Countermeasures in Innovative Education to Students in Science and Engineering College

科学的发展需要良好的人文环境,然而,我国许多理工科院校在大学生文化素质教育的过程中还存在许多的问题。文章从理工科院校学生创新教育的内涵出发,重点分析了当前理工科院校学生的特点及在创新教育中存在的主要矛盾:政治素质教育模式与社会环境影响之间的矛盾;文化素质教育中知识与能力之间的矛盾;整体素质教育中学生需求与教育者素质不相适应之间的矛盾,同时提出了矛盾的相应解决途径。

The development of science needs a good human environment,there are many problems in the process of implementing college students＇ cultural quality education in in universities of science and engineering,This article is based on the innovative quality education of higher education and lays special stress on analyzing the existent main contradiction of the innovative quality education of today college students.These contradictions mainly include the contradiction of political quality education mode and social environment impact,of knowledge and ability in cultural quality education,and of students＇ requirements and the quality of educators.Besides,it put forward the methods of solving the contraventions.
