蒙药那仁满都拉对小鼠的抗疲劳与SOD、GSH-Px和MDA的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察蒙药那仁满都拉对正常小鼠的抗疲劳作用和剧烈运动后小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:将小鼠随机分阴性对照、康比特组和那仁满都拉组3组,进行负重游泳实验、缺氧试验、耐热试验以及不负重游泳10 min后检测肝、肾、脑和骨胳肌组织总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:蒙药那仁满都拉可显著延长小鼠竭力死亡时间﹑缺氧存活时间和耐热存活时间(P<0.05,P<0.01);显著降低剧烈运动小鼠不同组织MDA含量(P<0.05),并能显著提高骨骼肌中总超氧化物歧化酶活力(P<0.05),显著提高脑、肾、骨骼肌组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力(P<0.01)。结论:蒙药那仁满都拉可通过增强机体抗氧化酶活性、减少氧自由基生成以及调节内分泌系统和能量代谢等多方面消除疲劳,保护机体各个器官。 For the study of Mongolian Naren Mandula of anti-fatigue effects in normal mice and mice after strenuous exercise antioxidant, the mice were randomly divided into negative control, Kang Bite (anti-fatigue drugs listed)and Naren Mandula three groups, weight-bearing swimming test, hypoxia test, heat test and does not load after 10min swimming detected liver, kidney, brain and skeletal muscle tissue total superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione over peroxidase (GSH-Px) enzyme activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. The results show that Naren Mandula Mongolian medicine that can be significant or highly significant (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) trying to prolong the survival time of death time and heat 、 hypoxia survival time; significantly lower (P〈0.05) smaller strenuous exercise mice of different tissue MDA levels and significantly (P〈0.05) increase in skeletal muscle total superoxide dismutase activity, was significantly (P〈0.O1) increased the brain, kidney, skeletal muscle tissue glutathione peroxidase activity.
