我国现代农业建设中的资源环境约束及发展道路研究

Restriction of Resources and Environment and Developing Path of Modern Agriculture in China

当前中国农业发展面临着耕地资源锐减、水资源短缺、农业部门资金和劳动力外流、化肥和农药使用效果降低、农业科技应用转化率低等资源约束以及农业环境污染问题。现代农业是我国农业的发展目标,各地区应根据时代特征和资源禀赋选择不同的发展道路。东、中、西部地区可分别发展集约型、产业化型、特色型现代农业。大中城市的郊区在条件允许的情况下可发展休闲农业。

Restriction of resources and environment in Chinese modem agriculture are the decreased farmland, the shortage of water, the outflow of agricultural fi.mds and labor, the reduced effect of chemical fertilizer and pesticide and the serious environmental pollution problems. Modem agriculture is the developing goal of our agriculture. Different regions should practice different developing paths depending on the characteristics of the times and resources endowment. East areas should develop the intensive agriculture; middle areas should practice industrialized agriculture; west areas should develop characteristic agriculture; urban suburbs could develop leisure agriculture.
